The rooms were exceptional and a nice size, had a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. Its location was wonderful, adjacent to across the street from the Templar Castle, a historic castle and the restaurant.

The location is magnificent and perfect, a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Plus, this hotel is close to center of the city.

We had double room with a personal bathroom. The hotel had a very central location, next to a castle and a church. Visiting restaurants and bars close to the property was easy.

The rooms are well priced and quiet and they have satellite television and climate control. It boasts excellent, wonderful location so close to bars and restaurants in old town as well as a major Plaza, Church and across the street from the Templar Castle.

Everything was lovely at this hotel, really helpful staff. The room was a nice size with a spa bath, a beautiful view and the overall experience was brilliant. Magnificent very central location near several bars and restaurants. Venue's meals were good, and we found Vinomio bar & Botanico in the area.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was just the right size and I loved the antique-style tap fittings. The location was perfect, right on the Camino and close to the Knights Templar Castle and central town square. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, drawing maps and pictures to help us navigate the city.

The menu for breakfast could use a little improvement, maybe some more options to choose from.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a stunning view of the nearby castle and a bustling main square. Our room had a lovely Juliet balcony, which allowed us to enjoy people-watching. The old-style timbered pub and reception added to the charm of the property. Despite being close to the bar, we didn't hear any noise. Also, the free parking option, although 200 meters away, made it convenient to unload our belongings.

We experienced some inconveniences during our stay. The shower in our room was cold, regardless of how long we ran it, and we had trouble turning off the room light to sleep without turning off all power.
